Expose Jennifer Willford

 Jenny Willford voted to maintain Colorado's sanctuary status for illegal immigrants, blatantly ignoring the dire consequences this decision has wreaked upon our hospitals and the deadly dangers unleashed upon our community, where American lives have tragically ended. Despite over 40,000 illegal migrants flooding our community and stealing resources from our homeless community, Jenny relentlessly champions our region as a sanctuary, blatantly overlooking the significant damage and chaos ensuing, while flouting our laws and fostering a culture of lawlessness. 

  Jenny Willford has cast her ballot to spearhead the dismantling of healthcare in Colorado. She advocates for a state-controlled payment system that would usher in socialized healthcare, a scheme likely to repel providers, withhold care from the community, dilute the quality of medical services, and inflate costs with burdensome taxation. This maneuver also positions Willford to mask the dire economic fallout from illegal immigrants evading payment for healthcare. 

 Jenny Willford is the prime architect behind the insidious plot to pilfer our TABOR refunds, involving a staggering TABOR surplus of $466.7 million in 2024-25 and approximately $1.4 billion in 2025-26. Rather than lowering taxes so we can keep our money, Willford's scheme is designed to buy votes. Her strategy nefariously redirects access taxes, funneling our rightful returns into 'credits' that clandestinely diminish our tax refunds, effectively siphoning off a fortune right under our noses. 

 Jenny Willford cast her vote for a treacherous piece of anti-police legislation, widely condemned as reckless and unfeasible. Her endorsement of this despised bill threatened to bar high-quality Colorado law enforcement professionals from serving in our community, potentially replacing them with undertrained officers. The ramifications of this bill would have been dire, paving the way for increased crime, a surge in frivolous lawsuits, and profound damage to our community's fabric. It appears Willford prefers to gamble with our safety to score cheap and perilous political points, rather than acting as a responsible legislator. 

 Jenny Willford harbors financial allegiances beyond our community's borders, drawing substantial funds not just from outside HD-34, but from beyond Colorado itself. Entangled with corporations whose interests skew from the public good, she garners support from regions plagued by crime, excessive taxation, and rampant drug issues, such as California, Maryland, and New York. Consequently, Willford is ensnared by dark money and corporate backers, prioritizing them over the very constituents she purports to represent. 

 Jenny Willford deviously champions the expansion of bureaucracy to hinder the rapid disclosure of campaign financing, a tactic intended to confuse and suppress the democratic process. Having already voted to exempt politicians from the transparency of open meeting laws, she now attempts to cloak the origins of some campaign funding in secrecy, further obscuring the identities of those who pull the strings behind this anti-Democracy political facade. Local campaigns are further able to be fueled by a tangled web of dark money and shell games, pledging fealty to an army of unknown donors, all while willfully neglecting the very constituents she purports to represent. 

 
Jenny Willford voted to undermine parents’ right to know and influence their children’s lives, placing critical decisions in the hands of unknown bureaucrats. Despite recent decisions in the UK to ban gender-affirming care over concerns about its impacts, Willford uses the guise of anti-discrimination to strip away the natural responsibilities of parents in managing their children’s health care. She disregards these developments, preventing parents from securing real, effective medical treatments for their children, and thus endangering their lives and well-being.
