 There was no business operating under the name Willford Strategies during Willford's election. This directly contradicts Willford's website, which falsely implies that the business was revenue generating during campaigns.  

 Willford Strategies was founded by Virginia Clay Willford, which directly contradicts the misrepresentation on Willford's website and LinkedIn regarding the origin of the organization. 

 Willford Strategies was formerly known as Revolution Strategies. Similar to Willford Strategies, there is no record beyond the Secretary of State that documents any value proposition or customers for the business. 

 The Colorado Secretary of State records indicate that Virginia Clay Willford was delinquent in 2014. It is possible that Willford used an alias to start Willford Strategies and VCW Strategies, continuing a pattern of sham businesses. 

Jennifer Willford is hiding her affiliation with VCW Consulting LLC as it is delinquent and likely another scheme. 

 Jennifer Willford is an experienced activist, but she lacks knowledge, skills, and abilities in business. Her activist background proved problematic during the 2024 legislative session. Willford does not understand our economy, how to grow or run a business, or even how to prevent a business from becoming delinquent. 

 Jennifer Willford either lied about being the Founder and President of several legal entities and a cash donor to various campaigns, or she violated the law by using a fake name and committing possible campaign violations. Regardless, Willford's lack of ethics and desire for external funding have contributed to Colorado having one of the worst legislators in its history.
